Last year, Simon was nominated for Leader of the year 2014. A good leader is, as I’m sure you know, someone who you want to learn from, who you want to follow and ultimately someone you look up to and respect.
Luckily for us, Simon is pretty good at these things, mainly due to his belief that a company is only as good as its employees and culture is very important in a start up.
When forming the business, Simon decided that he wanted to run an open company, where his employees aren’t afraid to ask him questions or share their opinions.
