Overall, our work with Become was highly effective, most notably showcased by the increase in year on year revenue of 35%, despite spending 29% less money on media.

Our email strategy led to an increase of as much as 3657% year on year. In 2019, email attributed to just 1.5% of total monthly revenue. On average, this channel now makes up 43% of Become’s monthly revenue.

Our customer-first approach led to engagement and conversion rates soaring, and helped to reach the customers who were most likely to buy by educating them first, rather than just selling.
