The role 

We’re looking for a fun and passionate Graduate who is looking to kick-start a career in the world of digital marketing! 

This opportunity will provide you with extensive training, opportunities for progression and a foot within the door to kick start your career within Digital Marketing. 

Our Graduate scheme is designed to give you both exposure and experience to all areas of our business. You will get the opportunity to work with like minded digital marketing enthusiasts across our Content, Channel, Social Media, SEO, Business Development and Account Management teams. Working with Curated will give you the chance to mirror our ethos of pushing boundaries, creating positive connections and driving results across the breadth of our fantastic clients.

Combining learning with practical experience, you will handle…. 

  • You will become an integral member of the paid search team and collaborate with strategists to support campaign management
  • Paid Media Management (Implementation & Management) – working across media channels to drive growth for our clients and hit their KPIs, including:
      • PPC (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads)
      • Display, native, & Video advertising
      • Paid Social (LinkedIn Ads & Facebook Ads)
      • Retargeting platforms
      • Expand & test media channels
  • Account Management – this involves being the day to day point of contact and responsible for the delivery of work under the SOW as well supporting on the preparation for key monthly / quarterly client meetings.
      • The key focus here will be ownership of paid media but there will be an expectation to engage in wider channel and digital marketing discussions. 
  • Analytics, Tracking, & Reporting support
      • Undergo training where possible to support on the setup & consultancy for the following:
          • Google Tag Manager
          • Google Analytics
          • CRM / Analytics integrations
          • Excel / Google Sheets data manipulation & analysis
          • Google Data Studio
          • Supermetrics reporting solutions

If this is up your street, then there are lots more skills and responsibilities you will gain exposure to.. 

  • As well as this, the role will require consistent client reporting dependent on their needs. This will give you the exposure and opportunity to build upon time management and working to deadlines 
  • Using keyword research to grow campaigns and manage existing keyword performance, including creation of negative keyword lists
  • Implementing & testing plans across PPC accounts to improve ad copy, landing pages and audiences
  • Tracking media spend and budget pacing for multiple advertising accounts
  • Assisting with monitoring, tracking and evaluating campaign performance based on client KPIs as well as proactively gathering insights from analytics tools
  • Self-management of deliverables, timelines, and project statuses
  • Supporting on ad-hoc client requests, such as for campaign activation or insights
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and new product BETAs
  • Working closely with paid social team as well as wider company on shared goals

 

About you 

Essential skills

  • Keen to learn – you’ll need to be sharp-minded and quick on the uptake — trends and news move fast in digital 
  • You are able to demonstrate a commercial mindset
  • Can demonstrate the importance of forming strong relationships with both clients and the team
  • Excellent written and communication skill – you’ll be involved in working directly with our clients to manage their campaigns 
  • Excellent organisational skills – we have lots of clients in different industries, so you will need to be able to manage your time effectively to make sure you reach all your goals 
  • Confident in your ability, proactive thinker who doesn’t shy away from accountability and ownership, but not afraid to ask questions when you don’t have the answer (we aren’t gremlins)
  • A real self-starter with the ability to work independently, whilst also very comfortable working in a collaborative team environment 
  • Experience using Excel / Spreadsheets is crucial (We use G-suite here at Curated)
  • Can demonstrate real attention to detail, using an analytical approach to solving problems and communicating next steps for our clients
  • Excited by creative and visual marketing campaigns — if you have design experience, especially around image and video editing, that is a huge bonus.
  • Knowledge and experience of photo and video editing tools is a plus eg Adobe Creative Suite
  • Entrepreneurial – you are not afraid to try new things and take initiative with a proactive approach to problem solving/
